Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goldstone Referral Portal (the "Service") operated by Goldstone Contracting Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

To participate in the Goldstone Referral Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain a valid email address for communications
• Not be a current employee of Goldstone Contracting Inc. (unless specifically approved)

Referral Program Terms

How the Program Works

As a registered referral partner, you may submit referrals for potential customers who are interested in home improvement services. When a referral results in a completed project, you may be eligible to receive a commission payment.

Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies for commission when:

• The referred customer is new to Goldstone Contracting Inc.
• The referral is submitted through the official Referral Portal
• The referred customer completes a project with Goldstone Contracting Inc.
• The project payment is received in full by Goldstone Contracting Inc.
• The referral was not previously submitted by another partner

Commission Structure

Commission rates and payment terms are determined by Goldstone Contracting Inc. and may vary based on:

• Type of service (roofing, windows, siding, gutters, etc.)
• Project value and scope
• Current promotional offers
• Referral partner status and history

We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will apply to new referrals submitted after the effective date.

Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid after the project is completed and full payment is received
• Payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, or physical check
• Minimum payout threshold may apply (specified in your dashboard)
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income
• We may issue 1099 forms for annual earnings exceeding $600

User Responsibilities

As a referral partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information for all referrals
• Obtain permission from individuals before submitting their contact information
• Represent Goldstone Contracting Inc. honestly and professionally
• Not make false claims or guarantees about our services or pricing
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive practices
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Submitting fake, fraudulent, or self-referrals
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent program limitations
• Manipulating or gaming the referral tracking system
• Disparaging Goldstone Contracting Inc. or its employees
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service
• Using automated systems or bots to submit referrals
• Soliciting referrals through misleading advertising

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by you to close your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any pending commissions for verified, completed referrals will be paid according to standard payment schedules, unless termination was due to fraud or Terms violation.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Goldstone Contracting Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our company name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent. Any marketing materials we provide must be used as-is without modification.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.GOLDSTONE CONTRACTING INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific commission amounts, conversion rates, or earnings from the referral program.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLDSTONE CONTRACTING INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goldstone Contracting Inc. and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goldstone Contracting Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
